I suspect it's one of the final drafts of a textbook in progress, so I strongly suggest you download a copy before it's either blocked from view by a firewall or taken down to be sent off to a publisher so you'll have to sell your first born to purchase the hardcover. This is true for example in the theory of Diophantine equations, where geometric methods (often based on algebraic geometry) are a key tool. It has made progress in the fields of threefolds, singularity theory and moduli spaces, as well as recovering and correcting the bulk of the older results.
